HOW TO STAY OUT OF MY EMERGENCY ROOM BY DR MONA BALOGH

Today, I am participating in a blog tour, you can win a copy of the book in the giveaway below!

How To Stay Out Of My Emergency Room by Dr. Mona Balogh is a sensitively written, deeply understood book from her own personal experience. Though mostly she talks about frequent visitors (whom she calls frequent flyers) to the ER, this book is a must read for everyone be it patients, those around them, or caregivers, as all of us have been one or the other.
The best thing is the author is neither preachy nor tries to lecture but tries to engage the reader and gives health tips not only for the physical body but also mind and spirit. The author also puts forward her thoughts on different types of healing and combines the treatment methods of both the eastern and western world.
Moreover, there are no heavy words or technical terms but a simple language that is easy to understand and this makes the book more relatable. A very engaging read!

Submit comments and maybe you can win a giveaway of the book directly from the author

  1. I add my thanks as well! I love your description of my book, and am very grateful for your positive impression. I did have to struggle against my doctor-y preachy voice, and am happy I succeeded. All the best, Mona Balogh
